## Mobile vs. Web

This is where the web version earns its place. Because of the larger screen, Fortelling unlocks a sidebar panel you can keep open while you write. Which increases your efficiency.

While drafting a chapter you can pull up a character's full profile right beside your text, check the scenes you outlined, jump to a timeline entry, or review your version history without ever leaving the page. If a new location appears in your chapter and you need to create it on the spot, you can do that instantly from the sidebar and keep writing.
